One of the most wonderful relations created by God is FRIENDSHIP. TRUE FRIENDSHIP is one of the biggest treasures which is to be cherished every moment. A true FRIEND brings out the best in a person so if you have at least one TRUE FRIEND in your life then you should be grateful for that. Most of us don’t realize the value of a FRIEND and FRIENDSHIP takes them for granted. Tho most important thing in FRIENDSHIP is… it is our duty to make a FRIEND feel comfortable and good not only in our presence but also when we are not around them. Avoiding a person may hurt him/her so deeply that they might get scared of accepting any other relation or any other FRIEND in their life.
And just not that by the time you realise that your avoiding has caused the other person so much pain and by the time you understand it…. it might become too late and you might have lost that person forever in your life… and they will never get back to you… Here’s an amazing story about two FRIENDS
AN AMAZING STORY ON FRIENDSHIP
Two FRIENDS Mike and Amy were inseparable since their childhood. They have been brought up together. They were together where-ever they went. They shared every little thing with each other and never gave a chance to anyone to interfere in between them.
One day both of them went on a trip and while they were returning home they met with an accident. They were rushed to the hospital. The next day morning Mike gained his conscious and woke up blind. Amy was still in an unconscious state. The doctor Dr. Martin was checking their reports. Later Amy woke up and Dr. Martin asked him how he was feeling. Amy with a brave smile on his face replied,”I am feeling wonderful doctor..! Thank you for all that you have done and please don’t tell Mike what has happened”. Dr. Martin replied,”You are a brave man”.
A month later Mike recuperated considerably and was able to see and things started going on well with him. But the relation between Mike and Amy hit a rocky patch. Mike stopped hanging out with Amy and meeting him since he considered it below his dignity to have a disabled person as his FRIEND. Amy felt very lonely and didn’t know whom to talk with since Mike was the only person he had to count on.
One day Amy died in despair. Mike has come on the day of his burial. Then Dr. Martin gave an envelope to Mike telling him that Amy has given him.
The letter read as follows…
“Dear Mike …You are the biggest gift given to me by the Almighty…I always loved you more than everyone… so I have given my eyes to you after the accident so that you could see the world through my eyes and I can stay with you forever as long as you live…Here onwards whenever you look into the mirror I will come into your thoughts….that is more than enough for my life as a FRIEND…. “.Mike had no words after reading the letter except for standing with tears rolling down his cheeks in front of his grave… But his tears are not going to earn him his FRIEND back…No matter whom you make FRIENDS with but staying with them and supporting them through is important…
